Last weekend sun was shining and since I live in Ghent I can go up the belfry for free. So why the hell not! Went on the belfry, almost died of the wind and the cold, but got a nice picture of the historic centre of Ghent out of it. If you're ever in Ghent and you have the chance to go up the belfry, it's highly recommended! The inside and other sides are interesting as well.

Actually this was a couple of weeks ago, but I've been busy and only got to writing now. It's been almost a year since I moved out of my parents house and started renting my own place. After seeing some very nice things on the /r/battlestations subreddit, I finally got my ass to Ikea to get myself a cheap and clean desk with a chair. After that, my old build got a little surprise upgrade as well.

I had them since I was 7. Nero & Flopsy, 2 sisters, daughters of my previous cat, Batman. As I grew up with them, I spent a lot of time with them and they were there for me when I needed them or had a difficult time. That might sound weird to some, but people with pets will understand. They were the kindest and most loving animals I ever had.

They were part of the family. And they will be missed dearly.

I have always been fascinated by all kinds of RC toys. Cars, planes, boats.. I played with them all when I was a kid. It's been a few years since I played with some RC toys but when I came accros this YouTube video of the so called "FPV drones" I was sold immediately. In the video you can see top pilot Charpu flying his QAV250 drone in an unfinished/abandoned building.

Apparently it's finally happening. I'm creating a blog. This first article will be about events that transpired this past year. In the future, however, I will write about things I learn, post small tutorials, and update you about things I care about. Maybe I'll even throw in a few general updates about what goes on in my life.
